My family and I frequently go to Tagaytay for vacation. It is a city located in the province of Cavite. As it is only around 60 kilometers from Metro Manila, it is very convenient and accessible. Even with the traffic jams because of the many tourists, it was still easy to go around here and explore. The stunning scenery was really worthwhile. In addition to this, there were many easily-accessible restaurants everywhere so our stay there went really well.

We stayed in The Boutique Bed and Breakfast, which was located in Aguinaldo Highway. What really impressed me was the interior of the rooms. The four-poster bed and the terrace were really amazing. The staff were very nice and they catered to our every need. If you want to chill, you can just go to the patio upstairs where there were tables, swings and couches. They served breakfast every morning and let me tell you, their food was delicious. In addition to this, they also served all-day snacks and beverages. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there. I would really recommend this to families or even couples who want to visit Tagaytay.

After we settled everything in the hotel, we then went to visit our first destination, Paradizoo. It is actually the first zoo theme farm in Tagaytay. My family really loves plants and animals, so this was a really good place to visit. There was a variety of things to do here like feeding animals, picking flowers, going to the butterfly sanctuary and many more. They also had a dining area where families could either buy food from them, or bring their own food. I really loved going here.

After that we went to Sky Ranch, which is a place all Tagaytay visitors must visit at least once. It was especially perfect for my family, since I had two younger siblings who are really active. Sky Ranch has many rides and attractions, as well as food places. In our two-day stay, we visited this twice because it really has everything the family needs. I could be chilling in a cafe, while my parents and siblings could be going to rides and playing games. Sky Ranch even offers horseback riding and ziplines. It also houses the tallest ferris wheel in the country. Everything here is good for all ages, so I would really recommend this destination to all visitors.

Because we needed to buy some supplies, our family headed to Serin Mall, which is owned by Ayala Malls. It's just a regular mall, but what I really loved was the bazaar in the ground floor area. This bazaar had so many high-quality but affordable products, like clothes, bags or even makeup. My favorite part about it is that it gave a place for local traders to showcase their products. From coffee beans and herbs to sardines and honey, they offered a wide array of products.

Even though I've been to Tagaytay so many times, I still really enjoy each stay. It is really the perfect place to relax, unwind and spend time with the family. The traffic is really bad sometimes, but it's manageable. It did not stop us from enjoying. I look forward to going back and enjoying more of its beauty. If you want to relax, unwind, and take a break from Metro Manila's buzzing activity, Tagaytay is the perfect place for you.

Time To See Cebu

Cebu The Gateway to a Thousand Journeys      Cebu is known to be the oldest city and the first capital of the Philippines. In 1521, Ferdinand Magellan started the Spanish exploration and colonization in this city. But now, it is considered to be one of the most developed cities of the country being the second largest metropolitan area after Metro Manila.        This city has a lot of historical sites to show from old churches and chapels to former forts turned museums; however, this is not all Cebu has to offer. It is also the home of beautiful beaches and islands. They've got the urban and provincial life in one marvelous city. And don't get me started with the residents. Cebuanos are notable for their God-given talents and friendly attitude. There are over 120 famous people that are from this province such as Kim Chui, Lucio Tan, Enrique Gil, and much more. And they have contributed much to the culture and various industries of the country. As Karencitta sa

Welcome to the Summer Capital of The Philippines!

Baguio Written by: Angelica Mariel Samaniego Alao Summer Capital of the Philippines Baguio is one of the most well known travel destinations in the Philippines. It has been visited by millions of tourists over the years. It is more commonly known as the summer capital of the Philippines - a city among the clouds as they say. People have been constantly amazed by the charms and uniqueness that Baguio presents. It was first built for Americans so that they will be able to experience a colder climate compared to that of Manila.  As Baguio became more well known to people the locals and residents have had to reinvent Baguio to be able to provide the needs of their tourists. Although Baguio has been a national tourist spot the local government has been able to keep it`s unique and colorful identity. As there are no more direct flights to Baguio and to be able to have a more affordable trip my family opted to avail tickets on a bus that is directly travelling to
